A new Derbyshire wedding Venue. Opening in May 2026 ( now open for show rounds and taking bookings ),
Nuroosa is a unique, design-led venue, with Sustainability at its heart. We are a wonderful mix of wild and tame. A balance of curated style and nature doing its thing.
Wildflowers grow on our roof, banks, alongside our paths, Nuroosa sits in a crop of eucalyptus trees, beautiful year-round, and coppiced to fuel to building in the winter, we celebrate trees and hedges, and are a haven for birds, our natural swimming pool – the Lido is a wonderful part of our biodiversity plans, we do dare to be different, and boldly our composting toilets will feed the eucalyptus trees. And to celebrate each wedding we host, we’ll be donating to Ecologi, Wildflowers Wetlands, and Wildlife Fund.
You can get married here inside or outside, we have space for 100 to sit down for a wedding feast, and more to dance the night away, space for 50 cars on site, a catering Kitchen, an in-house bar, serving crafted brews, bottled stories, and your favourite tipples. Our exclusive-use venue is available for a 3-day hire, and because Nuroosa is yours for all of your wedding, we can work with the weather, allowing a more joyful, relaxing planning experience. Nuroosa, will bring the outside in with biophilic design, and is a flexible space, allowing you to create your unique wedding celebration.
Designed using a collaborative approach, working with those in the industry, we are proud of our little Green book of trusted suppliers, and will be working with an award-winning, experienced wedding planner who will provide on-the-day wedding management, so you’ll be very well looked after.
